”E|MERGE Presents...”
Charcoal chunk and soft pastel, 36" x 60" (92 cm x 152 cm) on 140lb Bee Watercolor paper.
Produced by Cory Neale & Earthdance.

Combine the paper.
Connect the body with the paper,
and place the body inside / around the paper.
Listen to the energy and follow the body flow within
to move, and to draw, intuitively.

Who is drawing? The body or the paper?
Who is being drawn? The paper or the body?

Moving comes first,
and the drawing is the track of the movement?
or,
Drawing comes first,
and the movement is serving the purpose of drawing?

The drawings above comes from the collaborative research with Vienna-based visual artist Birgit Glocker, and Hamburg-based dance artist Anne.
This following video is the collaborative research
with visual artist Birgit Glocker based in Vienna.
